Folly Hill Estate Sales presents a 1792 Estate sale at the New England Cape home of a famous European Pop Star and composer. Amazing and fun collections of items dating back to the Revolution will be sold, and reasonable cash offers will be accepted on those must-have great buys! Among the photos, you will note a massive wrought iron hammered fireplace set with trident and fireplace cookware, a huge cauldron, Weller pottery, Antique lamps wired for modern use, early nineteenth-century Steinway grand piano in need of some work, beautiful antique converted oil lamp chandeliers, Winchester Whiting / Hoadley grandfather clock. There will be Gingerbread clocks and many, many wrought iron this and that made on site in the 1792 foundry, close to the north River where the Constitution’s anchor was forged. There is an 8’ x 11’ deep ruby red oriental carpet from the distant 150 years past and so much more, including books, tools, Flow Blue and various dishes, earthen pots, trunks, furniture, small tables, beds, etc., and antique lamps! So much more and too much to list...
Please bring your own bags and boxes. Everything is cash; all items are as-is-as-found. We appreciate small bills and quickly lose the ability to be able to change larger ones. Children must be hand-held. Please do not bring children upstairs. This house has uneven floors and steep stairs to the second story. You must move your own purchased furniture. Parking will be limited on the tennis court to handicapped and those moving furniture. The unpaved driveway is lengthy, and we thank you for not blocking it, as it leads to the best estate sale ever!
