Folly Hill Estate Sales grew out of so many situations over the years when relatives and friends would come to us to help them move or reorganize for whatever reasons.  

We have over 40 years of  experience with and interest in things we all collect or use over time. We enlist the help of a gemologist and research what we do not know. But basically, the family is very knowledgeable as proven by the money we have saved people and by happy references.

When you choose us, we do our best to make your estate sale experience a memorably good one. We also can talk about clearing out what does not sell so that you are left with an orderly finish to the sale.

Because the family is active in the antique and collectables area, we can be as accurate as the trends allow in pricing your valuables and other personal property. Because we are family run, we consistently discuss prices and opportunities to better your chances of a successful sale.

And yes, we understand the delicate nature of having someone else go through personal property. We have had our own OMG moments when we open a drawer or closet, so we do not judge others! Again, an estate sale should take the grimace out of moving or disposing of an an estate. Your estate sale can be a lasting great memory of a respectfully handled event at the family home.
